Refund Policy

💡 Short version: If the Boost Pack didn't work for you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you — no questions asked.

1. What Is the Boost Pack?

The Boost Pack is a one-time, non-recurring purchase of $1 USD (or 99 ₽) that grants 5 additional image exports and 1 video export. Credits are delivered instantly to your browser after payment.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
The credits were not fully consumed (i.e., you haven't used all 5 exports and the 1 video).
You experience a technical issue that prevents the credits from being applied correctly.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@appscreens.net with:

Your FastSpring order number (found in your payment confirmation email).
The email address used for payment.
A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful).

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via FastSpring.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Credits that have been fully used (all 5 exports and the 1 video consumed).
Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Cases where the product functioned as described and no technical fault occurred.

5. Technical Issues

If your Boost Pack credits were not applied after a successful payment (e.g., you closed the browser before credits were saved), contact us immediately. We can manually verify your order and restore your credits or issue a refund.

6. Free Features

The free tier of AppScreens (3 exports per month and account-based unlimited access) requires no purchase. Refunds do not apply to free features.
